The personal information provided by me shall be processed by ICMA in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003. Some or all of the personal details that I provide in connection with my enrolment for membership of ICMA may be included in a list of Members. This may be published by ICMA in electronic (including publication in the ICMA website), CD rom and/or paper format. My personal information will also be stored on a database for administration purposes in connection with the publication and maintenance of this list of Members and in order to provide updating and information. My personal information will not be used for any other purposes save with my consent. It is up to me to notify ICMA of any change in my personal details. I can do this by contacting the Honorary Secretary of the Irish Commercial Mediation Association, c/o 25-28 North Wall Quay, IFSC, Dublin 1, (Ref: AMG).
